Funny Puppy Goes Viral For News Show Appearance
Many television news programs all over the world have segments dedicated to promoting pet adoption. A funny little puppy is becoming quite popular online due to a recent appearance on a news program in Bolivia.
According to MSN, the Channel RTP news crew was discussing adopting a pet and had the dog on to encourage folks to consider going to the local shelter. The dog, who’s a cute black and brown puppy, decided to give the news anchor a present.
While chatting live about helping homeless animals, the small dog, while on the anchor desk, decided to use the potty. The dog, due to nervousness or from eating too many treats, poops right on the desk. On live TV!
The anchor, a bit flustered, looks away and nervously shuffles her papers before her co-anchor hands her some paper towels. The video of the pup’s news show appearance is going viral. Sometimes nature calls and you gotta go!
Although the incident was a surprise to the news crew, I’m guessing the pet adoption segment was a hit! Despite the dirty deed done on the news desk, the puppy is a cutie. Hopefully the dog’s ‘gift’ didn’t deter anyone from helping a homeless animal.
My Dog Embarrassed Me
Years ago, when I was married to my first husband, the country boy, we had a dog that totally embarrassed me. The dog, Biggie, was a Chihuahua and Jack Russell mix. He was my husband’s dog, but quickly became a mama’s boy.
One Thanksgiving, we went to my hubby’s parents’ house to have dinner. We brought the dog with us. While we were sitting around the dinner table, with some of my husband’s extended family, the dog decides to lift his leg and pee on one of the hubby’s relatives. Biggie goes under the dining room table and lifts his leg on the shin of someone. I was SO embarrassed!!!!
Luckily, the relative that got the surprise was wearing one of those old school windbreaker track suits that were made from polyester. The clean-up was easy, but my face stayed bright red for the rest of the meal. Looking back, I can laugh, but at the time I was not happy with the dog. We took our dessert to go that year!
