Streaming Gems You Don’t Want to Miss

NO! After listening to, and playing music for a living, I unwind by hitting rewind (virtually that is) and watch movies and TV shows. I was early into the streaming camp and do love my NETFLIX! Below are two incredible shows that I "binged" in a single weekend. These get 5 out of 4 stars ***** and I hope you enjoy them as much as I did.

OZARK- Jason Bateman has turned out to be much like Tom Hanks. An actor who got his start in comedy, but is proving every day that drama is something he can do quite well. Ozark is about money laundering for drug cartels and financial planner Martin Byrd (Bateman) finds himself on the run to the Missouri Ozark's to setup a new operation. This is powerful stuff and not for the squeamish. Can not wait for season 2.

SAFE- Dexter's Michael C. Hall stars in this "British" tale of dark secrets in a small "gated" community where you should feel "SAFE" but you're really not. Starring & Executive Produced by Michael C. Hall was born in Raleigh, N.C. and I first saw his work in "Six Feet Under" on HBO and then DEXTER made his face and name instantly recognizable. Dr. Tom Delaney (Hall) is just a year away from losing his wife to cancer. Now he's raising 2 daughter's who seem to be adjusting, but as the story unfold's, dark secrets insure that no one is "safe". 8 episodes and totally addictive.
