Take the waist of the pants and put it around your neck. The stylist said if the pants fit around your neck then it will fit you. There is a debate on TikTok *shocking* with some saying the hack works perfectly. Others say the hack only works if you’re a size 10 or smaller. Ever feel burnout? It’s not always from your job but most of the time it is. If you’re living paycheck to paycheck like most of us, dealing with the pressures of “burnout” can be tough. Many people are suffering from work-related burnout. While going on a vacation would be ideal, everyone can not afford it. Here are some tips you can do to alleviate burn out.
Map out your ideal situation

Having a roadmap to stress relief requires input from your significant other. After all, your stress is affecting them as well.
Learn to set boundaries
Letting people when “your time” is occurring and to respect that you’re not engaging with anyone but taking time for yourself. It’s ok to say NO.
Look for a sense of meaning in your work, even if it's small
Giving Back
Charitable endeavors can be great or small, but are tremendous stress relievers and give you a chance to recognize that your are more than just the job you hold.
