While Marshalls’ online offerings are certainly similar to what’s available in stores, you shouldn’t expect to find the same exact products in both places. According to a press release sent out on Tuesday, Marshalls.com offers its own unique mix of items, just as each brick-and-mortar Marshalls store does.
Making any returns? Don’t sweat it. Even though the online store is a bit different than the physical store locations, the return process is super simple. You can mail the item back or return it to a store near you.
The CEO of Marshalls believes that these types of returns will actually lead to more foot traffic inside stores, so no need to panic at the thought any Marshall stores will be closing. I’m so ready for this!
